Independent Contract TCB Reviewer

Duties to Include but not limited to:

• Perform certification functions of technical evaluation and decision on certification according to the appropriate TCB procedures and FCC/ISED regulations
• Complete FCC/ISED certification evaluation forms including risk assessment
• To be assessed by an external TCB Accreditation Body and to be present during the TCB Accreditation Body assessment
• Maintain records demonstrating training covering the authorized FCC/ISED certification scopes.
• Participating in training opportunities including conference calls with the FCC and TCB Workshops.
• Interpretation of standards and regulations, mainly in English language
• Communication with customers/certifiers/laboratory staff/authorities

Qualification

• Successfully completed scientific or engineering university or technical college studies in the subject area of the activity (electrical engineering, communications engineering, mechanical engineering or similar)
• At least 4 years of professional experience in the field of electrical engineering, RF technology, electronics, EMC or mechanical engineering; in special cases, which can be justified, also equivalent knowledge
• Organizational skills and reliability
